Practice Description
Brian represents upstream exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters. His practice focuses principally on title examination and due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate mergers. He has experience representing title insurance companies and property owner assocations in connection with real estate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked at a Houston-based transactional firm. While in law school, he interned for Hon. Kem Thompson Frost of the 14th District Court of Appeals, and Hon. Janis Graham Jack of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
