Practice Description
Glen White has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 1980 as an in-house landman, a field landman, and as an oil and gas attorney. He has assisted his clients with a broad rage of transactions primarily related to title matters. Glen has authored hundreds of title opinions as well as numerous other oil and gas related documents such as Assignments, Unit Designations, Amendments and Ratifications of oil and gas leases and Assignments, Stipulations of Interests and other curative documents. He has also assisted in complex due diligence title reviews in connection with various oil and gas transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Glen worked as a Southern Region Landman for Cities Service/OXY, and then over the next 28 years has worked as an oil and gas attorney for Louis Davis & Associates, Thompson & Knight and Baker McKenzie.
