Practice Description
Annie represents energy sector clients in matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution and marketing. Her transactional practice focuses primarily on providing drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions to exploration and production companies and other clients in the oil and gas industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Annie interned for Hon. Reece Rondon of the 234th District Court of Texas, and for Hon. Marcia A. Crone of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
