Practice Description
Brandon represents exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters. His practice focuses on issues relating to upstream oil and gas exploration, including title examination, acquisition and divestiture, and the negotiation and drafting of deeds, leases, stipulations, ratifications, affidavits, deeds of trust, and other oil and gas instruments. He has experience advising independent and major operators on acquiring and operating mineral leases and interests.
Prior to practicing law, Brandon worked as an independent petroleum landman with Tex-Brit Corporation in various plays throughout the country. He earned three varsity letters playing football for the Rice University Owls.
