Cotton represents clients in the energy sector in matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence efforts for acquisitions and divestures.
Prior to joining the firm, Cotton worked at a small firm in Houston, Texas, examining title in conjunction with the exploration of oil, gas and mineral properties. He earned three varsity letters playing football for the University of Houston Cougars.
