Practice Description
Jeromia represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeromia served as in-house counsel for a nationwide right of way and land services company. He has also worked across 10 states as an abstractor and title supervisor performing due diligence, examining title, and performing title curative work for various midstream companies. Additionally, Jeromia was a judicial intern for the Hon. Magistrate Judge Calvin Botley of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
