Practice Description
Michael represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
While in law school, Michael co-founded and served as the Editor-in-Chief for Volume 1 of the Journal of the Energy Law Practitioner. Additionally, Michael was a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court of Texas.
