Practice Description
Scott represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked as a litigation attorney advising clients in complex litigation matters. Additionally, Scott was a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge David Hittner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
