Steven Toeppich possesses a blend of high-level legal and industry experience spanning nearly two decades of work in the oil and gas industry. A trusted counsel, Steven is often called upon to solve complex oil and gas, real property, corporate, and administrative problems for regional and national clients.
Steven has assisted his clients with a broad range of transactions, including ten to hundred million-dollar mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. He has authored hundreds of oil and gas title opinions, and regularly assists clients in drafting and reviewing leases, participation and operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, farmout agreements, conveyances, and other oil and gas contracts.
Prior to founding the firm, Steven worked as an associate at Cotton Bledsoe Tighe & Dawson in Midland, Texas, and at the international law firm of Thompson & Knight in Houston.
